Gourmondo is excited to unveil a new tasting menu, exclusively available at Long Shadows Vintners' renowned Woodinville tasting room starting July 19. This unique culinary experience, "The Epicurean Experience: Gourmet Food & Wine Pairing," pairs Gourmondo’s exquisite dishes with Long Shadows' award-winning wines, creating an elevated and unforgettable tasting journey.

This collaboration features a six-course tasting menu designed to complement the wine-sipping experience with exquisite dishes such as Ahi Tuna Tataki, Smoked Duck with Huckleberries and Bay Panna Cotta, Bourbon Pork Belly Skewer, Beef Shortrib Turnover, Moroccan BBQ Salmon, and Chocolate-Orange Olive Oil Truffle. Each bite is meticulously crafted to enhance the masterfully produced wines, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Gourmondo’s Executive Chefs Bill Morris and Tyler Hefford-Anderson have been working closely with Long Shadows to develop this exceptional menu, ensuring that each dish perfectly complements the unique flavors of their wines.
The new tasting room in Woodinville provides a sophisticated and beautiful atmosphere to enjoy exceptional wines alongside deliciously curated appetizers.
