Rasai Debuts New Seasonal Menu + Weekend Brunch Offerings

 
 

Rasai in Fremont, well known for its modern Indian cuisine, elevated flavor profiles, and focus on sustainability, is thrilled to introduce a new spring menu with bright flavors and colors.  Approachable with individual and shareable dishes, guests find something unique and delicious any day of the week.

Menu highlights include Wild Mushroom Korma with a medley of seasonal mushrooms, foraged ramps, and fox nuts; Terminal Halibut with Kaffir lime, lemongrass, and crispy couscous; Painted Hills Prime Porterhouse with a peppercorn nihari sauce; Laal Maas lamb shank with a Rajasthani curry; as well as a variety of snacks and desserts. During the daytime, tantalize the taste buds with a creative mix of flavor combinations and textures over weekend brunch. Take a tasting trip through India with a modern take on traditional Indian breakfast from all parts of India. Dishes range from Fermented Lentil Pancakes with Southern-Indian mushroom or shrimp curry, Mangalorean Pork Tacos, a medley of scrambled eggs on brioche with onions and tomatoes, and more. Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30pm – 2:30pm. Reservations for all dining options can be made here.
