Celebrate Holi with Special Menu at Rasai in Fremont, March 8
The team at ON Public Relations is thrilled to share the latest offerings from our newest client, Rasai in Fremont. Known for its modern Indian cuisine rooted in creativity, beauty, and inclusion, coming up March 8, Rasai will celebrate Holi with a special menu to commemorate this colorful, vibrant ancient Hindu tradition.
Rasai’s Holi menu will be served one day only (March 8) and marked by bursts of color. The four-course menu is $70 per person with the option to add four wine pairings for $40 per person. The menu reflects the holiday which celebrates the eternal and divine love of God Radha Krishna and the triumph of good over evil. There are two separate seating times, 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. reservations can be made here. Menu items include the following.
Transparent Chaat; Sev ravioli, masalapapdi, mint, tamarind, yogurt gel.
Gujiya Camouflage; Choice of tawa chicken or paneer khurchan, crisp coat, silver leaf, saffron.
Yakhni Monkfish; Wild rice yakhni pulao, yakhni chili butter OR Water Chestnut Kofta; Sarson saag emulsion, chlorophyl lbutter.
Thandai Cassatta Opera; Almond dacquoise, strawberry mousse, mango mousse, pistachio croquante.
