Meet Annie Sullivan: Five Questions for our new Account Manager

While busy sharing the good work from all our amazing clients,  we’ve been remiss in sharing the news from ON PR! We landed a stellar new account manager in July. She’s been delighting us all with her big ideas and PR prowess, while streamlining our coverage reports and excel spreadsheets to boot! (thanks Annie!) If you haven’t met her yet, you will soon. In the meantime, here are five ways to really get to know her!

  1. What is the best place you’ve ever visited? My husband’s mom used to have a house on Cape Cod in Massachusetts right on the beach and we’d visit a couple of times a year. The town/neighborhood she lived in was small and very-much a second summer home for most of the owners, so most times it was very quiet when we would visit during the off-peak season. It quickly became one of my favorite spots in the world. Close second is probably San Francisco about 4 years ago. One of my best friends lives there so I went for a multi-day visit. I hadn’t been to SF since I was a kid, so visiting again as a grownup was lovely. And there is something really special about visiting someone else’s hometown and seeing the city through their eyes and what they love so much about it.

  2. If you could hop on a plane within the hour, where would you go? San Diego! One of my best friends recently moved back to San Diego from Seattle and I miss her and her family like crazy! With COVID I haven’t had a chance to travel to visit so that’s one of my first trips once I can fly again! Close second: New York! I have a brother-in-law there whom I adore to pieces (and his wife) and always look forward to traveling there to visit with them. We’ve also been there a bunch of times so we wouldn’t need a lot of time to research stuff to do or places to visit.

  3. What was your first job? In high school, my very first job was a cashier at a teriyaki restaurant. As a middle schooler, I did some weekend work at my parents’ old deli in Redmond, but I highly doubt I was paid for it so I don’t really count that as a job :)

  4. What is one song you know every word to? There’s a fairly great chance I will know the lyrics to any 90s R&B song that came out during that period of time. Boyz II Men, K-Ci and Jojo, Babyface, New Edition….

  5. What did you wish to become when you grew up? I always thought I would become a social worker because I wanted to help people.

Thanks for joining us Annie! Welcome to the team.
