As we bundle up and begin holiday planning, consider wintering for a weekend in Washington’s wine country with a variety of festive events in Washington’s Tri-Cities. From holiday markets on the farm and Crafting with Clause to fun runs and hometown parades, Tri-Cities area offers a magical destination for holiday revelers.

Christmas Market at the Farm (November 23) From 9am – 3pm, visit Sandollar Farms for their annual FREE, FUN, FAMILY FARM event. Dad and the kiddos can tour the farm; selfies with the alpacas and the Great Pyrenees, sip hot cocoa or cider and munch Christmas cookies! We have invited several vendors to participate with us again this year! Come on out!

Crafting with Clause (November 24) From 12pm-4pm, visit The Hub of Kennewick for an afternoon of holiday cheer. Enjoy delicious food, shop local vendors, participate in holiday crafting, and enjoy Christmas activities. Santa will be visiting from 12pm – 3pm! Bring a dried or canned food item to donate to Second Harvest.

Thanksgiving Centerpiece Class (November 26) Join us for our Thanksgiving Centerpiece Class at the Muret-Gaston Wine Bar with My Garden Over Floweth! Check off holiday decor from your prep list for your Thanksgiving table! Spend the evening enjoying amazing wine and getting creative with flowers! Tickets cost $75

Tri Cities Holiday Expo at the HAPO Center (November 29 – November 30 from 10am – 5pm) Ho ho ho! Get ready for a sleigh-load of holiday cheer! The Tri-Cities Holiday Expo is back by popular demand, and it's coming to the HAPO Center this November 2024. Think of it as a wonderland of amazing local gifts, crafts, treats, and treasures, all under one roof! You'll find something for everyone on your list, from stocking stuffers to unique gifts that will make their eyes sparkle brighter than a Christmas tree! It's the perfect opportunity to support your local businesses and get your holiday shopping done early. Tickets cost $7.

Michael W Smith: Every Christmas with special guest, Riley Clemmons (December 1) Michael Smith, multi-platinum, GRAMMY award winner, is excited to bring the Christmas spirit around America, stopping in the Tri-Cities at the Toyota Center. Become immersed in the true meaning of the season as Smith and special guest, Riley Clemmons, perform some of Smith’s most popular Christmas classics.

Lighted Boat Parade Tri Cities (December 6 & 7) Experience the Holiday festivities with Tri-Cities at the Richland Yacht Club’s Lighted boat parade! Departing from Clover Island near the cable bridge at 6pm, attendees will be able to watch the gorgeous holiday lights float along the water. Following the parade will be a firework show.

10th Annual Holiday Sip & Shop Market (December 7) Join us for our 10th Annual Holiday Sip & Shop! Begin your December holiday shopping season with some of the best local vendors and creators around. This is the perfect opportunity to find a unique gift, or snag something for yourself. The winery will have snacks and wine available for purchase.

2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar (December 7, 8am- 3pm) Join us for our 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar at the Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA Clubhouse. Lots of handcrafted items and baked goods from folks in our community. Come find unique gifts and yummy treats! See you there!

Hometown Holiday Parade (December 7) Enjoy the Hometown Holiday Parade as everyone welcomes Santa, alongside holiday-themed floats, police and fire vehicles, and entertaining characters. Following the 10am parade, guests are welcome to join Santa in Santa Square for festive activities, treats, and selfies!

Holiday Market at Columbia Gardens Wine and Artisan Village (December 7, 12pm – 5pm) 🎄 Join Us for Our First Holiday Market at Columbia Gardens Wine and Artisan Village! Activities include Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus (by donation, benefiting the Kennewick Police Foundation) hosted by Gordon Estate Winery at 12pm-5pm, Cookie Decorating for Santa hosted by Nana's Kitchen, Live Holiday Performances by the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers at 3pm-5pm. Wineries with pop-up vendors, food trucks, and much more! This event is FREE, open to the public, and family friendly.

Cookie Run (December 17, 5:30pm) Cookie Run at Runners Soul! Come run, walk, or jog 3 miles with us from Runners Soul and bring your favorite cookie recipe. We will vote on best looking and best tasting cookies. We will have plenty, so no need to bring cookies to participate. This is a free activity that will have goodies and raffle prizes!

Cable Bridge Run (December 21) Join the 46th annual run of the historic Lampson Cable Bridge to get in the Christmas spirit. Start the race to Santa’s sound horn and finish the race in Lampson Crane Yard to enjoy all post-race festivities, including music and treats! Please keep in mind parking is only available at Benton County Fairgrounds.
