Bellevue's La Mar Launches Month-Long Celebration of Peruvian Cebiche

Cebiche Popular - Shrimp, octopus, halibut, scallops, crispy calamari, coral rocoto leche de tigre, chalaca, choclo, cancha.
Cebiche Chucuito - Halibut, Creamy leche de tigre, Palta, capers, basil oil.
Cebiche Nissei - Halibut, japanese cucumber, onion, seaweed, shoyu criollo leche de tigre.
Cebiche Los Andes - King salmon, creamy rocoto leche de tigre, toasted choclo, potato chips, artichoke, huacatay oil.
With Northwest influence from local seafood and fresh flavors, each cebiche begins with a territory, a product, or a tradition: the herbal freshness of the Amazon, the intensity of the Andes, the strength of the northern coast, the popular spirit of Peruvian cebicherías, the flavors of the south, Nikkei influence, and a warm, charcoal-grilled version that reinterprets cebiche through a contemporary lens.
