Cozy Holiday Vibes + A New Winter Menu at The Fonté Bar
As the temperatures drop, The Fonté Bar in Seattle’s Rainier Square offers a cozy and festive haven with a new menu just in time to savor the season. From new lunch, dinner, happy hour and holiday inspired cocktail offerings, The Fonté Bar is the perfect retreat for every meal, providing an atmosphere that's bound to elevate your winter dining experience.

Whether you’re holiday shopping downtown, catching dinner and a show at the 5th Ave Theatre or looking for a reason to celebrate the season, the Fonté Bar has you covered with these new offerings. Another bonus, the Fonté Bar validates parking for all guests in Rainier Square after 3 p.m.
Sample new lunch menu items like the Scotch Deviled Egg, a fried sausage-coated egg, pickled red pepper with deviled yolk filling ($10), the Brie, Ham & Apple Sandwich made with French brie cheese, ham, prosciutto, local green apples, frisee, fig jam on a ciabatta bun with Belgian frites ($22) or the Beef Bone Marrow served with F2 salt, salsa verde paired with toasted crostini’s ($16).
New happy hour offerings include a Smoked Salmon Spread with cream cheese, pickled onion, dill, chive and crostini, Heirloom Caprese Bites with Pesto, heirloom tomato, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and crostini and the Delicata Squash, a roasted delicata squash with pistachio oil, goat cheese, fried sage and blackberry gastrique all priced at $10. Select draft beers ($7) are wines ($9) are also available by the glass. Happy hour is served Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
For dinner, new menu highlights include the Vegetable Linguini, butternut squash sauce with cippolini onion, red pepper, asparagus, rainbow carrots and pecorino ($18), the Coffee Smoked Steak, a 14oz New York Strip Steak, Berbere spiced fingerling potatoes, butternut squash puree, veal demi-glace, compound butter and espresso salt ($60), and the Rose Harissa Salmon, an 8oz salmon filet, vegetable couscous, roasted carrots, blood orange, thyme, honey rose harissa sauce and mint ($39).
In addition to the culinary offerings, there is an equally distinctive cocktail program at the Fonté Bar. New this season, guests are invited to sip on new offerings like the Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini with Grey Goose, F2 Espresso, Kahlua, house-made pumpkin spice syrup and almond milk ($19), a Spiced Cranberry Fizz with vodka, house-made cranberry syrup and soda water $15) and the Festive Bliss that has vodka, apricot puree, lemon juice and house-made spiced syrup ($15).
