The Account Manager at ON PR plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic communication campaigns for our clients. This dynamic position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, media outlets, and key stakeholders. Your ability to craft compelling narratives, manage multiple projects, and navigate diverse industries will be essential in ensuring the success of our clients' public relations initiatives.

Account Manager responsibilities include:

·       Client Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and communication needs; understand when to escalate needs to senior team.

·       Strategic Campaign Development. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective PR strategies aligned with business goals. Create and implement comprehensive communication plans, including media outreach, social media campaigns, and content creation.

·       Media and Influencer Relations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across various media channels. Pitch stories, press releases, and expert commentary to secure media coverage for clients.

·       Content Creation. Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials that effectively communicate key messages. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with campaign objectives.

·       Event Management. Coordinate and execute events, press conferences, and product launches to generate media coverage and enhance brand visibility. Manage logistics, invitations, and post-event communication.

·       Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. Provide regular reports and meeting recaps to clients, demonstrating the impact of PR efforts and suggesting adjustments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·       Proven experience (3-5 years) in a PR role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and media coverage.

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.

·       Demonstrated experience in media relations.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to align PR activities with organizational goals.

·       Leadership skills and experience in managing a PR team.

·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·       Proficient in using PR tools and analytics to measure campaign success.
