Comfort Food, Elevated: Uneeda Burger Welcomes Fall with Scratch Margaritas, Delicata Tempura & Signature Burgers
Seattle’s gray skies call for cozy comforts — and Uneeda Burger is serving them up with a chef-driven twist. This season, Chef Scott Staples invites you to taste a new lineup that blends inventive flavors with familiar comfort favorites.
At the heart of Uneeda’s fall offerings:
A scratch-made margarita, Staples’ own favorite cocktail, crafted with freshly squeezed citrus, premium tequila, and a balanced house syrup that’s bright, simple, and refreshingly unexpected from a neighborhood burger joint.
Delicata squash tempura, lightly battered and fried until golden and crisp — a nod to fall’s best produce.
And of course, the burgers that made Uneeda famous — each one a chef-driven twist on comfort food:
The Classic Burger (just $8), a perfectly seared beef patty stacked with lettuce, tomato, onion, and house sauce.
The Elk Burger, featuring lean, flavorful elk topped with bacon, pickled peppers, grilled onions, provolone and house-made 1,000 — a combination that balances gamey richness with tang and texture.
The Big Bison, layered with house-made red onion jam, smoky bacon, Beecher’s Cheddar, and house sauce for a Pacific Northwest spin on the steakhouse burger.
The Lamb Burger, topped with peppery arugula, pickled peppers, Manchego, and the famous chermoula sauce — Mediterranean comfort in a toasted bun.
To celebrate and warm up the season, you’re invited for a complimentary tasting of Uneeda’s new fall menu and cocktail pairings. Come experience Chef Scott Staples’ take on comfort food that’s elevated yet approachable — best enjoyed with a frosty margarita and a side of golden tempura.
