Hot Pot + HaiDiLao at Pacific Place

Attention all lovers of hot pot and Chinese Cuisine! HaiDiLao, an experience once described by famed Los Angeles Times Food Critic Jonathan Gold as the “Ferrari of Chinese hot pot restaurants,” will open this Spring at Pacific Place, downtown Seattle’s destination for retail shopping, entertainment and dining.

Its first US location outside of California, China-based HaiDiLao offers a modern take on traditional Sichuan-style hot pot dining, also known as Shabu Shabu. Each dish is served individually with high touch, interactive tableside service, including the brand’s iconic noodle dance. Guests choose from a variety of from-scratch broths and dipping sauces, handmade noodles and choice of additional ingredients – including organic vegetables and a range of proteins such as beef, lamb, chicken and seafood.
