Our growing team is seeking a creative coordinator to manage the people, places and things that make our agency tick. The role works closely with internal teams, media, influencers, stakeholders and clients to execute our range of campaigns. Gain hands-on PR experience in a dynamic setting, creating strategic awareness for clients, which range from haute couture to the city’s best hamburgers.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Support account team with research, including industry trends, press tracking and media analysis.
Media contact list maintenance and development, projects and needs will vary by client. This includes web-based research in addition to becoming familiar with Cision, our media database service.
Content development in creating press releases, story pitches, blog and social media posts.
Event support as needed, including RSVP tracking, planning and day-of support and coordination.
Experience in an agency setting with an ability to manage a variety of tasks and projects at once.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, OneDrive; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs a plus!
Excellent grammar and writing skills, master of AP-style
Obsessive attention to detail.
Schedule and compensation: an average of 15-20 hours per week with significant opportunity for growth; note that this may ebb and flow based on events and client needs from week to week. This is an hourly, contract role which can be executed remotely but requires some office hours. Payment is commensurate with experience.
