New Reasons to Take a Wellness Weekend at Alderbroook Resort & Spa

Start the year off right with a rejuvenating retreat to Alderbrook Resort & Spa on the beautiful Hood Canal. Following a recent property refresh, think contemporary aesthetic while maintaining the timeless northwest casual feel. Starting in the new year, in addition to its curated menu of treatments, the newly updated spa will offer a series of monthly pop-up services every third Thursday of the month that are sure to encourage self-care.

Monthly experiences range from Hand Treatment with Chamomile Scrub and Orange Oil Shea (January), where guests will enjoy a hand scrub utilizing the Kerstin Florian Scrub, with a massage of organic shea butter infused with orange oil, followed by relaxation at the waterfront firepit for eye patches and beverages, to the Foot Treatment with Citrus Cilantro Oil and Fub Balm (February) which begins with warm towels infused with lavender on the feet, then enjoy a foot massage using Farmhouse Fresh’s Citrus Cilantro Oil, and finishes with an application of cooling Fub Balm followed by a class on facial massage with Gua Sha.

The group experiences (capacity is 12 guests) include small bites, sips, relaxation at the outdoor fireplace and a gift bag with spa goodies to take home. Contact the spa directly to book. Enjoy the new offerings as well as an array of classic treatments including massages, body wraps, facials, and more.  The spa is the ideal place to bring body, mind, and soul into balance. While onsite, take advantage of the collection of self-guided hiking trails on property, soak in waterfront views and immerse yourself in a rotating culinary dining experience at the restaurant with locally sourced ingredients curated by the resort chef team.
