Rasai Debuts Weekday Lunch in Fremont
Rasai in Fremont is thrilled to introduce a new lunch menu inspired by the unexplored parameters of the streets of India. Previously open for daytime offerings on weekendds, this new lunch offering can be found six days a week. Crafted with Pacific Northwest ingredients whenever possible, with settled and complex Indian street side flavors, the menu is designed to transport you.

Menu highlights include Sabudana Vada Pao, Tapioca potato croquette sliders with creamy slaw ($12), Pao Bhaji, Root vegetable mash with fresh house made butter buns ($16) and Barule ki Chaat, Marbled potatoes, sweet and spicy curd with chili cilantro relish ($12). In addition to the street style offerings, a variety of snackable kebabs and tikkas are available as well, along with cocktails, mocktails and wine perfect for happy hour or a bite after work.
