There are two types of people in quarantine. Those who used the time at home to get fit…and the rest of us. If eating healthier in the New Year is one of your resolutions than we have somethings you need to try. Uneeda Burger in Fremont is offering a variety of tasty, yet healthy options, that don’t mean boring or tasteless. 

  • New to the menu and a must try is the Basil Crusted Salmon Sandwich with Fennel Salad, line-caught basil-crusted Salmon, herbed aioli, roasted tomatoes, watercress greens, fennel salad, on a Uneeda traditional bun ($15).

  • The Boosted Bowl keeps the belly and the immune system happy. This seasonal special includes kale, spring mix and romaine lettuce, tomato, apple, sweet potato, chili-lime pepitas, feta, miso-clementine vinaigrette and your choice of a chicken or veggie patty ($15).

  • Go for the Veggie Burger, a housemade veggie patty, portobello mushroom, tomato, pickled red onion, bib lettuce and lemon garlic herb aioli ($8.50).

  • Warm up with a bowl of Vegetarian Chili ($3.75), the cheddar & sour cream are optional, add spicy ground beef ($2).
