Gift with Joy: Tokki Unveils Curated Sets and a New Way To 'Show up' this Holiday Season

This holiday season, Tokki launches a new line of hand-selected products from trusted brands wrapped in its signature, sustainable and reusable gift bags. The Tokki tag uses patent-pending technology that allows gifters to show up virtually with an image or video greeting. The line features eco-friendly, fair trade or women-owned products, all hand-selected by Tokki’s Founder Jane Park of well-known beauty brand Julep.

This new Seattle retailer launched as a reusable gift wrap company in late 2019, yet pivoted to producing and selling masks for most of 2020.  While face coverings are still part of the product mix, this season, the company returns to its gifting roots with an enhanced product line, all wrapped in its vibrant, eco-friendly fabrics with digital tag for personalizing with GIFs, personal videos and images.

“Earlier this year, our team was fortunate to be in a business that used soft, sustainable fabrics in a time when the country needed face coverings in a big way,” said Tokki Founder Jane Park. “As we keep the mask collection up and running, we’re now in a great position to launch our holiday line and return to our first mission, which is all about gifting sustainably and with joy.”

Find personally vetted items like “The World’s Best  Olive Oil”, which is imported exclusively by Tokki’s Founder, along with a variety of calming, self-care-focused goods and activities like the Mindful Matcha, Color by Candlelight or Puzzle it Out sets. Hand poured candles offer a range of relatable messages like “Have a Happy and Healthy Holiday” or “Waving Goodbye to 2020.”  Gift sets can be selected, customized and sent from shop.tokki.com.

True to its roots, Tokki continues to offer its distinctive reusable gift wrap. This season, Tokki is introducing its new Eco Gift Bag line, made from biodegradable pressed plant fiber, but waterproof and durable.  Tokki Eco Gift Bags were inspired by origami, and combine the elegance of the Korean traditional wrapping cloth (bojaki) with the ease of American gift bags.  Each bag also carries the reusable tag, which allows the giftee to access a personal message with just a tap of a cell phone. About Tokki

Founded upon the realization that most gift wrap is not recyclable, Tokki founder, Jane Park, created the company’s signature reusable wrap to make gifting more sustainable, without sacrificing festive presentation. All wraps use high-quality cotton or pressed plant fibers, which are biodegradable fabrics, and come with a customizable digital gift tag – all of which can be reused again, and again. The company has since grown to offer masks, candles and curated gift sets featuring products from eco-friendly, fair trade and/or women-owned businesses.
