SALUTE: Enzo's Bistro & Bar Now Open in Issaquah

 
 

Enzo’s Bistro & Bar is now open in Issaquah, serving up classic Italian fare in the heart of downtown. Located at 120 NW Gilman Blvd, the concept marries classic Italian and Calabrian fare in a warm, welcoming setting with outdoor, bar and dining room service. Enzo’s is family owned and operated by iconic West Coast Restaurateur Hal Griffith, founder of Great Western Pacific Inc., which runs restaurants along the west coast including Enzo’s sister restaurants in California, Miners Landing at Pier 57, including Fisherman’s Restaurant and Bar as well as The Crab Pot in both Seattle and Bellevue.

Adhering to Phase 2 guidelines of the Safe Start Washington plan, the new restaurant offers a large patio for outdoor dining and also utilizes a state of the art ultra violet HVAC system ensuring a safe and delicious experience for maximum safety. Enzo’s ever-evolving menu will feature the freshest ingredients of the Pacific Northwest in elevated Italian classics like wood-fired pizza and fresh, house made pastas. Find a wide variety of freshly sourced seafood selections along with a dedicated butcher block program featuring dry-aged steak and house-roasted rotisserie chicken, made with seasonal preparations. These will join items like the Ostriche Carbonara, fresh oysters baked with pork belly, spinach, and cream sauce; Fettuccini Alfredo con Pollo Arosto, a delectable take on the classic dish finished with house-roasted rotisserie chicken and more. The robust wine program boasts predominantly Italian vintages and a curated northwest collection with a list of up to 60 bottles and 20 glass pours. Four rotating wine flights such as a “Tour of Italy” offer an interactive and educational experience. 

The bar menu provides a variety of shareable favorites, think half-orders perfect for two, like the classic Spaghetti Con Polpettine, handmade meatballs with marinara sauce over spaghetti, the Lasagna, calabrese style with marinara sauce, house made Italian sausage, ricotta, parmigiana Reggiano and Romano pecorino and the Pappardelle Bolognese, slow braised bolognaise sauce, with parmigiana Reggiano and Romano pecorino. Classic, Italian cocktails will pair with menu items, including specialty bellinis and martinis. 

The 6,400 square foot restaurant offers unique spaces within the bar and dining room, with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. Private spaces are flexible and can accommodate a range of needs for events and private events. An expansive outdoor patio accommodates groups of friends, families and tables for two.
