Feast on Comfort Food with Winter Menu Favorites at Uneeda Burger

 
 

It’s official, sweater weather is upon us! As we venture into these colder months, we know one thing is true - winter is all about seeking out the ultimate comfort food, and Uneeda Burger in Fremont is providing just that. To welcome winter, Chef Scott Staples has concocted some warm (and cold) menu items to celebrate the season. Read on for some menu highlights.

  • Apple Cider Malt Shake – new to the menu, the Apple Cider Malk Shake is a blast of holiday flavors all in one cup. Think apple butter, cider mix, Mexican vanilla, brown sugar, malt and house caramel drizzle on top, $7.

  • ·Vegetarian Chili this bowl of deliciousness is sure to warm you up. Served up with cheddar and a dollop of sour cream, optional to add spicy ground beef, $4.50.

  • The Big Star go big or go home with this 1/3-pound ground beef patty layered with crispy onions, bacon, cheddar, coleslaw, roasted fresno chili and BBQ sauce, $10.75.

  • Mushroom Burger – cremini mushroom, porcini, shallots and gruyere, served with a truffle aioli, $9.75.

  • Buffalo Chicken Sammy – Franks red hot, romaine, celery, pickled onion, blue cheese/ranch dressing $10.25.

  • Lamb Burgerback by popular demand, opt for the lamb burger with pickled peppers, Manchego, arugula, cured lemon and chermoula sauce, $15.

  • Sides, Sides and More Sides - pair any of these offerings with a side of Seasonal Tempura ($4.50), right now its fresh green beans battered and deep fried, the Onions Rings ($5) are a fan favorite and Uneeda staple, order the Fried Cheese Curds ($5.50) and choose from a variety of dipping sauces or stick with the classic Hand-Cut Fries ($3.25) or Sweet Potato Fries ($3.75).
