Dine in services at The Restaurant at Alderbrook will be closed from January 3, 2022 to Spring 2022 during this transformation. Here’s how visitors and locals alike can still enjoy their favorite Hood Canal cuisine.
Come experience a rotating culinary dining experience in your very own private pod in one of Alderbrook’s new Culinary Adventure Tents. Be immersed in the delicious locally sourced ingredients curated by the resort chef team, while soaking in water views. Dining themes include:
· January – Dirt and Roots
· February – Heart of the Earth
· March – Spring and Greens
· April – Oysters and Herbs
· May – Seafood and Serenity
Reservations are required, all guests must be 21 and over and there’s a 2-person minimum and 4-person maximum. Guests are welcome to enjoy this offering January 20th thru May 1st, 2022, taking place Thursday through Sunday at 6:30 p.m. To book a Culinary Adventure Tent, go here.
The patio will remain open during the refresh for both dine in and takeaway service. Open daily from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., enjoy a casual family friendly vibe with seafood, burger options and more while soaking in the views of the waterfront. Insider tip, a local favorite is the fish and chips – they do not disappoint!
Another option to consider is visiting nearby Union City Market that’s only 2 miles away. Gather goods for a picnic on the lawn or dine in at Hook and Fork located within the market (hours are limited), brunch is offered on the weekends only from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. If oysters are your jam, visit Hama Hama’s Oyster Saloon for lunch. This outside only eatery is pure magic and currently accepting walk up visits, but we suggest making a reservation online. Make a long weekend out of your visit and stay at the resort, a variety of bookable experiences await.
