Best Burger in Seattle Right Here

Craving a Burger? We’ve got you.

This summer Seattle Times critics Bethany Jean Clement and Tan Vinh set out to taste-test a handful of burgers in the Seattle area to find the best of the best. Their methodology: Try a basic cheeseburger plus one fancier wild-card burger at each place, along with French fries, onion rings (if available) and a chocolate shake. The conclusion:

“Chef Scott Staples’ Fremont burger joint is the best in the city, no contest, and a bargain to boot. You DO needa Uneeda burger! He should clone this place.”

A chef and restaurateur in Seattle for more than 18 years, hungry customers find Chef Staples’s handiwork at Uneeda or around the Seattle-area with his growing burger brand, Feed Co. Burgers.  While the classic burger reigns supreme, foodies should check out creative menu items like the tasty Texicana that includes frizzled onions, bbq sauce, bacon, cheddar, slaw and spiked with a grilled jalapeño, or the Bim Burger piled with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, ginger beef patty, pickled daikon, bok choy, kimchi aioli.
