While the agency’s team and client portfolio continues to expand from its headquarters in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, we are thoughtful and strategic about client engagements. We are focused on maintaining direct ownership of every account and relationship, ensuring that clients have direct access to senior level experts at all times and on a long term basis.

 

 

Erin Osborne

PRESIDENT

Erin holds more than 20 years of diverse public relations experience, with expertise in the hospitality, food & beverage and lifestyle industries. Previous work includes a full range of service, including communications strategy, media relations, event publicity and community relations with agencies in Seattle, San Francisco and Spokane.

A proven expert at helping clients identify compelling angles, and then delivering these stories in the media that will make the biggest impact, her award–winning experience has delivered powerful, measurable results for dozens of restaurants, hotels, small businesses and destinations. She is a member of the Society of American Travel Writers and holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash.

Kate Neidigh

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Kate is a producer turned public relations professional who kicked off her career with a decade in busy newsrooms. First as on-air talent at CTV in Christchurch, New Zealand, then as a radio producer in the Northwest at KOMO (ABC). Kate jumped to the other side of the news desk joining ON PR in 2016, where she leverages news and storytelling expertise as a brand champion for leading travel, culinary and hospitality brands.

A self-proclaimed news junkie, she is always researching the latest trends, she loves to people watch and spot trends (ie: read entertainment magazines). Born in Omaha, Nebraska but raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kate is into hiking, backpacking and exploring just about anywhere. She holds a B.A. in Communications from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications at Washington State University.

Katie Nessel

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

With nearly 15 years of experience in all aspects of public relations and marketing, Katie specializes in thoughtful and innovative campaigns, social media marketing, corporate communications, and high-profile events. She has a proven track record in leading strategic programs to increase media exposure and community awareness for a variety of hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands, having worked with clients such as Salish Lodge & Spa, Smith Tower Observation + Bar, and World Trade Center Seattle. 


Katie most recently worked as the Director of Communications for Columbia Hospitality, where she oversaw public relations, social media strategies, and reputation management for more than 25 hotels, restaurants and golf courses, while also conceptualizing executive thought- leadership campaigns. Prior to that she led marketing and events for Seattle magazine, where she launched tastemaker campaigns and city-wide events. Katie holds a B.A. in Communications from University of Washington and is an avid golfer, whenever it’s not raining.

Annie Sullivan

ACCOUNT MANAGER

With over 20 years of management and corporate office experience in service-oriented industries, Annie brings a strong skill set around digital, public relations, marketing, and social media. Previous experience encompasses developing communication strategies, social media-driven campaigns, project management, and media strategy. Proven success with a range of clients consisting of restaurant groups like Restaurants Unlimited and Anthony’s Restaurants, wine & food events like the Auction of Washington Wines and the Seattle Food & Wine Experience, as well as non-profit organizations.

Jillian Napolitano

ACCOUNT MANAGER

A Los Angeles native whose career journey has brought her across the country and back again, Jillian ignited her passion for PR on the East Coast. Prior to joining ON PR in March, she worked as an account executive with one of Manhattan's premier wine and spirits PR firms where she cultivated her expertise in event management, forged invaluable media relationships, and delivered exceptional PR support. A sampling of past clients include the Washington Wine Commission, Slow Wine, the Trade Commission of Chile, and the Vinho Verde Region, among others. She received her WSET Level 2 Wine Certification in November of 2022. 

Jillian began her career at Boston University, from which she holds a B.A. in communications and media studies. Here she honed her craft while developing successful social strategies, playing a pivotal role in crisis communication and PR strategies for the student-led PR Agency, PR Lab. 

At ON PR, her drive, positivity, and keen observations continue to forge meaningful connections and elevate client brands with creativity and dedication. She received her WSET Level 2 Wine Certification in November of 2022. In her free time, Jillian volunteers as a dog foster with Resilient Hearts Animal Rescue.
